1. About Rising Youth
Rising Youth is a privately operated digital platform for Rajasthan college students. It is not a government service. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be a current or recent student at a recognised Indian college or university (typically aged 17 and above). Industry partner and mentor accounts must represent legitimate organisations or qualified individuals.
3. Your account
- Use authentic personal information — your real name, real college, real semester.
- Keep your login mobile and password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't share your account, your interview slot, or your application credentials with anyone else.
4. Acceptable use
- No impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or threatening behaviour.
- No fraudulent applications, fake reviews, or attempts to manipulate scores.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the platform's security.
- No uploading viruses, malicious scripts, or pirated content.
5. Content you provide
You retain ownership of resumes, project work, and personal text you upload. You grant Rising Youth a limited licence to display this content within the platform — for example, sharing your resume with a recruiter when you apply to their posting.
6. Content we provide
Notes, lectures, mock tests, and reference materials may evolve, be replaced, or be archived. Some sourced content (e.g. RPSC notifications) is linked to original government pages — those sources remain authoritative.
7. Third-party services
The platform may link to or embed content from external services (YouTube, government portals, partner career sites). Those services have their own terms, which you should review separately.
8. Counselling and wellness sessions
Counsellors empanelled on Rising Youth provide guidance and support, but do not replace medical, legal, or psychiatric care. In a crisis, please call Tele-MANAS (14416) or any verified national helpline.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — particularly impersonation, fraud, harassment, or attempts to harm other users. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy.
10. Liability
We aim to keep Rising Youth running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the past 12 months — for the free tier, this is zero.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and notify you via the in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
